Lamb Souvlaki Wraps with Feta Yoghurt

Season Lamb

Sprinkle lamb with smoky cumin coriander blend and season with salt and pepper.

Cook Lamb

Heat oil in a frypan over medium-high heat. Add lamb skewers and cook, turning occasionally, for 8–10 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

Make Feta Yoghurt

Finely chop dill fronds. Crumble feta. Place dill and feta in a small bowl with yoghurt, salt and pepper, and mix to combine. Set aside until ready to serve.

Prepare Salad

Cut tomato into wedges and season with salt and pepper. Thinly slice spring onion.

Warm Flatbreads

Warm souvlaki breads in microwave for 30 seconds. Keep warm in a clean tea towel.

Plate Up

Cut lemon into wedges. Divide salad leaves, tomato and spring onion between souvlaki breads. Top with lamb skewers and drizzle over feta yoghurt. Serve with lemon wedges.
