QUITELIKE COOK'S PERKS LOYALTY PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Definitions
a. Terms used but not defined in these Loyalty Terms have the meaning given to them in the QuiteLike Terms and Conditions.
b. In addition:
- “Benefits” means the rewards, gifts and/or benefits offered to Members by QuiteLike as a part of QCP.
- “Eligible Order” means each Order to purchase Goods on the Website, excluding:
- the purchase of gift cards;
- any transaction fees paid when placing an Order; and
- any purchase of products and services from third party providers on the Website (eg shipping).
- “Eligible Order Count” means the number of Eligible Orders placed during an Eligible Order Year.
- “Loyalty Terms” means these terms and conditions;
- “Member” means a member of QCP.
- “QCP Level Upgrade Number” means the number of Eligible Orders that need to be placed during an Eligible Order Year to achieve a QCP Level.
- “QCP Page” means https://www.quitelike.com/cooks-perks/
“QuiteLike Terms and Conditions” means the terms and conditions at this link.
2. General
a. QuiteLike Cook’s Perks (QCP) is QuiteLike’s reward program that we offer to our customers in Australia.
b. These Loyalty Terms incorporate the QuiteLike Terms and Conditions.
3. Joining QCP
When you place an Order, you will automatically become a Member, and there are no fees to continue as a Member.
4. Benefits of being a Member
a. Members are, from time to time, offered certain Benefits. These Benefits are selected by us and will vary depending on your level of Membership.
b. There are 3 levels of Membership: QCP Level 1, QCP Level 2 and QCP Level 3 (each a QCP Level). To be eligible to receive a Benefit, you must reach QCP Level 1.
c. The specific Benefits in respect of a QCP Level are published on the QCP Page, and these Benefits may change from time to time in our sole discretion.
d. We reserve the right to make any changes to the Benefits at any time and we do not have an obligation to notify you of these changes.
5. How QCP Works
a. To reach a QCP Level, you will need to place a certain number of Eligible Orders within the rolling year which is a dynamic 12-month period starting when you reach a certain QCP Level (Eligible Order Year).
b. Subject to clause 4(c)(ii), the Eligible Order Year starts when you make your first Eligible Order.
c. If, during that Eligible Order Year, you place sufficient Eligible Orders such that your Eligible Order Count during that Eligible Order Year reaches a QCP Level Upgrade Number, once we complete our review of your QuiteLike Account:
i. your QuiteLike Account will be updated to reflect that higher QCP Level; and
ii.your Eligible Order Year will re-start on the date your QuiteLike Account is updated.
d. The table below sets out the QCP Level and corresponding QCP Level Upgrade Number:

e. We reserve the right to change the QCP Level Upgrade Number at any time and without providing any prior notice. If we do change the QCP Level Upgrade Number, these Terms and Conditions will be updated accordingly and the change will take effect on the date these Terms and Conditions are updated.
f. Only Eligible Orders made through your QuiteLike Account count in determining your Eligible Order Count and corresponding QCP Level. Orders made through another QuiteLike Account do not constitute Eligible Orders for the purposes of your QuiteLike Account. Eligible Orders can be made using gift cards that you have received if those orders are made through your QuiteLike Account.
g. Any Orders placed through a QuiteLike Account which is different from your QuiteLike Account cannot be transferred or aggregated to your QuiteLike Account.
6. How We Calculate Your Eligible Order Count
a. We conduct periodic reviews of each Member’s Eligible Order Counts for their relevant Eligible Order Years. As these reviews are periodic, there may be a delay in recognising that your Eligible Order Count for your Eligible Order Year has reached a QCP Level Upgrade Number and, as such, a different QCP Level. For the purposes of the Benefits, the QCP Level that appears in your QuiteLike Account is the QCP Level that we will use to determine what Benefits (if any) are given to you.
b. If you see that there is a delay in upgrading your QCP Level, please email us at support@quitelike.com and we will review your QuiteLike Account and make such changes that we determine need to be made to your QCP Level.
c. If, during an Eligible Order Year, you obtain a refund or reimbursement for an Eligible Order in respect of that Eligible Order Year, an adjustment will be made to your Eligible Order Count in respect of that refunded or reimbursed Eligible Order. This may affect your QCP Level.
d. At or shortly after the end of your Eligible Order Year, if you have reached a QCP Level, your QCP Level will be re-set to QCP Level 1.
e. Please note that we are under no obligation to contact you to let you know that your QCP Level may be or has been adjusted. As such, it is important that you keep track of your Eligible Order Year and your Eligible Order Count. This information can be obtained by logging into your QuiteLike Account.
7. Receiving Your Benefits
a. Benefits are sent periodically during periods determined by us (Benefit Period).
b. At the start of each Benefit Period, we will notify you by email of the Benefit you may receive if you place an Eligible Order during that Benefit Period. Members who have opted out of receiving our email communications will not be notified of Benefits by email and, instead, will need to review Benefits that are specified in their QuiteLike Account as being available to them.
c. To be sent a Benefit during a Benefit Period, you must place an Eligible Order during that Benefit Period and, if sent, Benefits will accompany one of the Eligible Orders you make during that Benefit Period.
d. If an Eligible Order is not placed within the Benefit Period, the applicable Benefit available during that Benefit Period will be forfeited.
e. Benefits will vary depending on QCP Levels and you will only receive a Benefit for a QCP Level if your QuiteLike Account specifies that you have the necessary QCP Level on the first day of the Benefit Period. Unless otherwise notified by us, each Benefit may only be received once.
f. Any Benefit that you are entitled to as a Member may be subject to specific terms and conditions (that we determine in our sole discretion). These will be communicated to you at the time you are notified of the relevant Benefit.
g. All Benefits are subject to availability at the time we decide to distribute them during the Benefit Period. In this regard, and to the extent permitted by law, QuiteLike is not liable for Benefits not being available. Notwithstanding this, if a Benefit that you would otherwise be entitled to is not available to you during a Benefit Period, QuiteLike reserves the right to substitute that Benefit with a Benefit that QuiteLike determines, in its sole discretion, to be of the same or greater value and/or specification. However, QuiteLike is not under an obligation to do so.
8. Restrictions
a. QuiteLike Accounts, Memberships and any rights or Benefits associated with them are not transferable.
b. Eligible Order Counts are not property and do not have any cash or monetary value. Benefits cannot be taken or redeemed as cash or equivalent. Benefits cannot be exchanged for other QuiteLike products or services.
9. Terminating your Membership
If your Membership is terminated, any Eligible Orders you make after that termination will not count towards an Eligible Order Count, you will not be recognised as having a QCP Level and you will no longer be entitled to accrue or receive any Benefits.
10. Changes to these Loyalty Terms
We reserve the right to change these Loyalty Terms at any time and without prior notice to you. Each time you place an Order, you agree to the Loyalty Terms as at the date you place that Order, and you should review the terms at the time of placing that Order.
