You’ll get Flybuys points for every order you pay for and every order gets you closer to the next tier in our Cook’s Perks rewards program. The higher your tier, the more Flybuys points you’ll earn for each dollar spent.

Use your points on rewards you want. At the top-tier of Cook’s Perks, you’ll collect up to 10x Flybuys points for every dollar, which you can use however you like – now that’s a rewarding way to do dinner!

How many Flybuys points will I earn with QuiteLike?

You will collect 1 point for every $1 spent, starting from your very first order. How many points you collect will depend on your Cook's Perks tier. The more you cook, the more you earn!

How do I link my Flybuys card?

Add your Flybuys number during checkout or from your QuiteLike online account.

How do I add my Flybuys?

Add your Flybuys member number during checkout or from your QuiteLike online account.

How do I remove my Flybuys from my QuiteLike account?

From your account settings, you can select to delete your Flybuys.

I placed an order but forgot to add my Flybuys to my QuiteLike account; can I still collect Flybuys points?

We can't retrospectively award points for your order, but you can collect points on future orders by adding your Flybuys at checkout or to your QuiteLike online account.

When will I receive my Flybuys points from my QuiteLike order?

Allow up to 48 hours from placing your order to receive your Flybuys points.

Can I add multiple Flybuys accounts to my QuiteLike account?

You can only add one Flybuys number to your QuiteLike account.

Collect up to 10x points per $1 you spend with QuiteLike, based on your Quitelike “Cook’s Perks” status. To collect points, enter your Flybuys number online at the time of purchase or in your QuiteLike account settings.

QuiteLike “Cook’s Perks” status - your status is determined by your order count. The order count is calculated based on the number of Quitelike orders that you have placed in the last 52 weeks. Only orders that have been fulfilled and not refunded will contribute to your order count. Your Flybuys account does not need to be linked for an order to contribute to order count, but your Flybuys must be linked prior to purchase to collect points.

“Cook’s Perks” status is determined by the following order count:

Newbie Foodie: 0 – 6 orders, 1x Flybuys point per $1 spent.
Confident Cook: 7 – 12 orders, get 5x Flybuys points per $1 spent.
Home Cook Hero: 13+ orders, get 10x Flybuys points per $1 spent.

Only one Flybuys account can be linked to each QuiteLike profile. QuiteLike may not be available in your area. QuiteLike currently deliver to a range of suburbs in NSW, Victoria, ACT and Queensland. You can check if QuiteLike can deliver to your area by entering your address at quitelike.com/plan. Points are unable to be awarded retrospectively, so please ensure you provide your Flybuys number before completing your purchase. Points are awarded after savings, discounts and vouchers. Points are calculated based on the value of your order at the time it is placed with QuiteLike. Any changes after you’ve placed your order will not change the amount of points you’ll receive. If your transaction is cancelled, or you are subsequently issued a refund, you will not be eligible to collect points and any issued points may be deducted from your Flybuys account.
