Cook’s Perks: The rewards club for food lovers

Cook’s Perks is the rewards club for food lovers and the way it works is pretty simple. You become a member automatically when you place an order, you enjoy having us around and continue to place orders, and we show our appreciation in the form of bonus goods. Think surprise gifts, extra Flybuys points, occasional complimentary meals, that kinda thing. The more you order, the more you level up — and we don’t just mean your cooking skills and kitchen know-how. With every order (and a few bonus incentives), you’ll earn points toward your next reward level. There are three levels in total and the higher you go, the more perks you get. That’s it.

You’re automatically awarded Newbie Foodie status when you place your first order. But if it’s been a while and you’re not sure where you’re at, just log into your QuiteLike account. Click on the ‘My Perks’ tab at the top of the page to find out your current status and benefits. Here you can also get a sneak peek of the beefed-up benefits you will receive when you level up.

Good question. Basically as soon as you’ve ordered, you get rewarded. Your current tier is determined by your eligible order count, which is the total number of eligible orders you’ve placed in the past 12 months. Every order you make, the higher you climb in Cook’s Perks.

But what exactly is an eligible order? It’s an order to purchase goods on the QuiteLike website, however that excludes the following:

• the purchase of gift cards;
• any transaction fees paid when placing an order; and;
• any purchase of products and services from third party providers on the website (e.g.delivery fees).

Home Cook Hero members are rewarded with 1 free recipe per $800 spent with QuiteLike (including Top Ups and plan costs, but excluding delivery fees), which means how frequently you are rewarded may vary depending on how much you’re cooking. You will be able to see which future orders contain Perks in the Upcoming Orders section of your QuiteLike account.

Please allow up to 48 hours from placing your order to receive your Flybuys points.

Your Cook’s Perks status is maintained when you keep us hanging around your kitchen. But you may lose your status and benefits if you pause your account for an extended period of time or cancel your account altogether. Don’t worry, we’ll let you know if you’re in danger of losing your status, that way you can place an order and keep your tier and the perks that come with it.

That shouldn’t happen, but if for some strange anomaly it does, your go-to for all things support is always our wonderful Customer Care team. They just really love to help. Hit them up via email, from 8am to 10pm, 7 days a week at support@quitelike.com.

Orders which you have paid for (marked as "payment successful" in "Past Orders" tab) and have not been fully refunded between 3rd of August 2024 and 16th of September 2024 will be counted as eligible.


For example, if you have 7 orders that you have paid for and that have not been fully refunded between 3rd of August and 16th of September 2024, you will be already tiered up to Confident Cook at the time of the program launch, on the 23rd of September 2024. However, if you have 6 orders that you have paid for and that have not been fully refunded between 3rd of August and 16th of September 2024, you will be one order away from tiering up to Confident Cook.
